  Executive Chef David Terrell.

  Executive Chef David Terrell started baking at the age of two while living in Frankfurt, Germany and has been cooking professionally since he was 16 years old. He received both an Associate and Bachelor of Science in Culinary degrees from Johnson and Wales University while attending in Miami, Fl and Providence, RI. David has spent his years perfecting techniques and blends while developing his palate to ensure harmonious flavors and aromas. While BBQ counts as a favorite to cook, French, Italian, Oriental, Mediterranean, Creole, Spanish and Fusion cuisines are his favorites to eat! His favorite quote? "Everyone has to eat, right? Might as well know how to make it taste good!"

  Executive Sous Chef Anthony Neal.

  Executive Sous Chef Anthony Neal always had a strong passion for food and all the wonderful things you can do with a creative mind. He loves that you learn different things everyday whether it be technique or formula. Culinary school seemed an obvious choice and attended the Art Institute of Houston and received a Culinary Arts Degree from Pikes Peak Community College and has been cooking in the field for 16 years. Neal's favorite foods to eat are Southern Continental Cuisine (Southern Cooking) but enjoys cooking Tex-Mex, Italian, Asian and French as there are so many unique flavors and ingredients.

  Sous Chef Pete Hernandez.

  Sous Chef Pete Hernandez was watching a PBS Yan Can Cook segment on Drunken Chicken at the age of eight and knew he had found his lifes passion. After receiving a Hotel Management degree from St. Philips College and working in the field for a year, he knew he made a mistake - he REALLY wanted to be a chef with a cooking show! Luckily Pete decided to continue with cooking and typically includes his special ingredients "love and compassion" into all his dishes. While American fare and Tex-Mex are his favorite cuisine to cook, he prefers to eat anything homemade.
