Heartfelt Thanks 
My wife Lisa and I have been attending the IAFF Fallen Firefighter Weekend for a number of years. The last two we have been a guest of your hotel and have enjoyed your facility and hospitality. Unfortunately, during our stay this year a situation presented itself where we had to call on one of your personnel for assistance. I suffered from an allergic reaction which rapidly became a truly life threatening situation. My wife Lisa called the front desk to summons an ambulence and medical assistance in doing so spoke with Ms. Rianna Kupihea. Ms. Kupihea made the appropriate contacts and was in our room in a matter of moments with 911 still on the phone to determine further details of the situation. Her actions were prompt, appropriate and professional and surely added to a positive outcome. Please extend to her our heartfelt thanks for a job well done. We look forward to seeing you again next year.

Special Treatment
Thank you and your staff so much for all you did to make the U.S.S. Appalachian's reunion a pleasant and fun experience there in Colorado Springs. Everyone commented on how nice their accommodations were and how helpful everyone was to any request. The food at the banquet was very good and served very well. Needless to say, my wife and I particularly enjoyed the beautiful suite given us, as well as the tasty gift basket. Quite different from home! We appreciated the special treat. All this against the backdrop of the spectacular view of the Rockies made our reunion successful and one to remember.

Exceeded Expectations
I want to thank you and the gracious, talented staff of the Crowne Plaza Hotel for hosting the 2010 Missouri Valley Fire Chiefs Conference. The clean, comfortable rooms, spacious meeting areas and good food generated many compliments from attendees. But, what was mentioned most often was the excellent customer service that was proveded by the entire staff of Crowne Plaza. From check-in to check-out, every felt their needs were taken care of. This venue exceeded my expectations. Please let everyone there know the Missouri Valley Fire Chiefs appreciate the wonderful job they did for us.

Excellent Holiday Party
As you must be aware, 2009 marked the 10th consecutive year that ITT Systems held their holiday party at your establishment. Perfect Wedding
I was married at your hotel on November 11th. The service provided by your staff exceeded our expectations. Everyone was very professional, friendly and helpful. Anything we asked for was taken care of promptly. Melissa Gonyea worked with me on setting up the ceremony and the reception. The staff that was assigned to the event was excellent. We have received numerous compliments from those who attended the wedding and will gladly recommend the Crowne Plaza and Melissa to all of our friends. We wanted to recognize Melissa for her hard work by letting her employers know how pleased we were with the event. Thanks again.

Successful Conference
